Add salt, vanilla, coriander and baking powder (if you prefer it to soda) to the flour.
Mix the eggs and sugar, beat them (if you use soda, put it in this mixture). Pour in the oil and mix until smooth. Then pour the flour and spices over the eggs and make a dough.
Peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds, cut the fruit into small cubes. Crush the walnuts.
Add the apples and nuts to the dough. It will be thick, so mix very thoroughly.
Grease the bottom of the form in which you will bake the cake with oil. Pour the dough into it, level the layer and place the dish in the oven heated to 180 degrees.
The cake is baked for about 30 minutes. Make sure it is ready using the familiar method with a toothpick.
Make the syrup 5 minutes before removing the pan from the oven.
Put a bowl or saucepan on the stove, pour the milk in it, add the butter, sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 3-5 minutes until a smooth slightly viscous glaze is obtained.
When you take the cake out of the oven, turn it over on a tray and pierce the surface repeatedly with a toothpick. Drizzle with the hot cinnamon syrup and leave until the marsh cools and the syrup hardens.
Then serve.
