Required products :

2 teaspoons flour

1 teaspoon yogurt

2 eggs

0.75 teaspoon sugar

0.5 teaspoon soda

a little acetic acid (to quench the soda)

5 medium apples

2 - 3 tablespoons walnuts

cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla (sugar for sprinkling)

Method of preparation :

Mix eggs and sugar. Beat until the sugar crystals dissolve and the yolks turn white. Add the yoghurt to the mixture, stir. Then soda quenched in acetic acid and gradually pour the flour. You should get a dough with a creamy consistency.

Wash and peel the apples. Cut 4 of them into thin "slices" of equal size and thickness, and the fifth - into slices that will serve as decoration.

Grind the walnuts with a blender or cut them with a knife as you prefer.

The dough and filling are ready. You can continue making the pie.

Grease a silicone mold with vegetable oil and pour 1/3 of the dough. Then put a layer of apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon and walnuts. Pour the rest of the dough. Arrange the apple slices on top.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. When ready, transfer to a flat plate or tray and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
