Required products :

  • 1 kg of sweet apples
  • 7 - 10 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • walnuts or other nuts of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the apples, clean them from the core with the seeds, cut into small cubes. Pour them into a saucepan and pour the water. Close the dish with a lid or cover with foil and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (time depends on the variety of apples). When removed, sprinkle the fruit with sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir gently and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Then remove and puree using a blender.

The puree is ready. You can decorate with crushed walnuts or other nuts of your choice.
