Required products :
1 apple
1/2 lemon
3 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons mustard
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Bake the apple in the oven until soft. Then peel it and clean the inside with the seeds. Grind it in a blender, add the mustard, salt, pepper and beat again.
For a more liquid consistency, pour olive oil and freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon. Stir.
The sauce is a suitable addition to fish and meat dishes.
