Necessary products:

For the dough

2 cups flour

4 egg yolks

1 packet of butter

For one stuffing

5 apples (preferably more sour)

2 tablespoons cinnamon

For the other stuffing

4 proteins

1 cup sugar

a little lemon juice

Method of preparation:

To make the dough, mix the butter with the yolks and flour. A homogeneous thick mixture should be obtained. Divide into 2 parts, put 1/3 in the freezer. Roll out the remaining 2/3 and place in the baking tin so that at the end the dough covers part of the walls of the dish.

Make the first stuffing as follows: peel and clean the apples, grate them on a coarse grater. Add cinnamon to them and stir. Spread the resulting filling on the dough.

The second filling is made by beating the egg whites with a mixer until foamy. Add the sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. Beat until smooth, thick and stable foam. Put the mixture on top of the one with the apples.

Remove from the freezer the dough that you put some time ago and grate it on a coarse grater over the beaten egg whites. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Once baked, allow to cool. The result is an extremely tasty and beautiful dessert.
