Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary
  • 200 grams of unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 5 milliliters of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons dried apricots
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 cup crystal sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 100 grams of ground walnuts

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover a pan with a sheet of non-stick paper. In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and rosemary. Add the butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Stir and pour the resulting crumbly mixture into the pan.

 

Press with your palms and form a base. Bake for 20 minutes and cool.

 

Pour water mixed with sugar into a saucepan and boil the apricots.

 

Drain them, put the fruit in a blender and add the honey and brandy.

 

Beat until smooth and spread it on the cake. Sprinkle with walnuts, cut and serve.
