Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of unsalted cottage cheese
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 6-7 pitted apricots
  • 6-7 lumps of sugar
  • 30 milliliters of rum
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

 

Method of preparation:

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the flour, butter, egg, salt. Stir and prepare the dough. Halve the apricots and put a lump of sugar soaked in rum in the middle of each.

Wrap the fruit in the dough, pour water into a saucepan and heat it. Boil the dumplings and while still hot, dip them in hot butter mixed with cinnamon, breadcrumbs, and brown sugar. Arrange on a plate and serve.
