How To Cook Arabic Chicken Breast With Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • left
  • black pepper and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of your choice.

 

Cover them with plastic wrap and hammer on both sides.

 

 

Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.

 

Add the butter to them.

 

Pour the milk.

 

Put the grated yellow cheese and beat everything with a mixer.

 

Peel an onion and cut it into large pieces.

 

Add it to the resulting mixture and squeeze the lemon juice into it, pour in the finely chopped garlic.

 

Put the fillet in the marinade and put in the fridge for two hours, preferably overnight (this will make it more juicy).

 

Make the breading. Grind the walnuts.

 

Mix them with the breadcrumbs.

 

Roll the marinated fillet in the dry mixture and stay in it for a few minutes.

 

Heat enough oil (the pieces of meat should be half covered with fat) and fry the chicken in it on both sides, closing the pan with a lid.
