Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 300 ml of water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. Sol
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour and mix it with the yeast, salt and sugar. Add warm water and oil. Knead the dough. It will be sticky, but do not add more flour. Knead for 20 minutes. Do not miss this moment, because it is the reason to get airy and porous bread.

Leave in the heat for an hour and a half. Then divide into 2 parts and let stand for another 30 minutes. Make indentations with your fingers along the dough.

The bread is baked for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
