How To Cook Aromatic Dish With Ribs, Potatoes And Red Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 5-6 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 grams of cumin, ground
  • 600-700 grams of pork ribs
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 80 milliliters of red wine
  • 1 bay leaf

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a saucepan, heat the fat and fry the onions, potatoes, ribs and paprika. Stir and season with salt, pepper, cumin, bay leaf and thyme stalk.

Pour 1 tea cup of water, wine and simmer for an hour. When ready, pour portions, garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve the dish warm.
