Necessary products:

2 young zucchini

1 onion

400 grams of chicken breast (without skin)

3 medium tomatoes

2 eggs

1 tsp sour cream

150 grams of yellow cheese

1-2 tablespoons oil

a few cloves of garlic

parsley

a pinch of marjoram

a pinch of thyme

breadcrumbs to sprinkle on the pan

Method of preparation:

Cut the breast into strips and bake lightly on both sides in a dry pan. Grate the zucchini in bulk (without peeling them), add the chopped parsley, spices, crushed garlic and stir. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in the oil for a while until it becomes transparent. Mix the cream, eggs, grated cheese, a pinch of salt and the topping is ready.

Grease a pan and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles and start arranging the layers of the casserole. Start with a layer of zucchini, followed by chicken (you can season with spices if desired), a layer of onions, on top - tomatoes and a little salt. Pour the dish with the prepared mixture and bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. The golden and delicious casserole is ready.
