Clean the fish, wash and dry it. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, white wine and salt with the black pepper. Stir the mixture and spread the fish on all sides. Fill it with lemon slices and sprigs of fresh parsley and devesil.
Put it between a fish rack and grill it.
