How To Cook Aromatic Grilled Mackerel With Parsley And Lemons - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 mackerel
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • a few stalks of fresh devesil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean the fish, wash and dry it. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, white wine and salt with the black pepper. Stir the mixture and spread the fish on all sides. Fill it with lemon slices and sprigs of fresh parsley and devesil.

 

Put it between a fish rack and grill it.

 

Preparation takes about 30 to 40 minutes depending on the temperature of the grill. The slower the baking, the juicier and more appetizing the dish. When ready, serve and enjoy the taste.
