Required products :
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- whipped cream
- caramel sauce for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
- Make a cup of your favorite coffee.
- Heat the milk and beat it with a frappe mixer to form a thick foam.
- Mix the coffee with the cocoa, sugar and caramel sauce and stir well until dissolved.
- Divide the milk into two cups, holding the foam with a spoon.
- Carefully pour the coffee on top, dividing it evenly, then cover it with milk foam.
- Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with caramel sauce and serve.
