Learn how to cook "Aromatic mixture of honey and lemons with spices for healthy tea". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
honey
lemons (1 lemon per cup of honey)
mint or finely chopped ginger optional
cinnamon, cloves, anise optional
Method of preparation :
Wash one or several lemons well (depending on the desired amount of ready aromatic mixture). Cut them into pieces and remove the seeds. Grind them with a blender, food processor or other suitable appliance you have. Add honey, beat once more.
The spices are added in the preparation of tea. If you decide to make a glass of hot drink with ginger, put 1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped root and 1 tablespoon of lemon honey (or more) in a glass and pour boiling water. You can wait for the water to cool down a bit and then add honey so that it does not lose its useful properties under the influence of high temperature.
For aromatic tea you will need a pinch of cinnamon, 1-2 cloves and crushed anise star. Fill with hot water and let it simmer.
