How To Cook Aromatic Pasta With Beans And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Aromatic pasta with beans and tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • olive oil
  • 150 grams of canned beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 liter of broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 200 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons tomato juice
  • 200 grams of pasta of your choice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the pasta in the broth, strain, cool and set aside. In a saucepan pour and heat olive oil, and in it fry finely chopped onions, carrots, garlic.

Add the beans, along with the tomatoes and juice, stir and pour in the cooked pasta. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Distribute portions, serve the dish sprinkled with fresh fresh spices of your choice.
