Necessary products:
1 liter of table vinegar
8 - 12 grains of allspice
8 - 12 grains of black pepper
3 - 4 bay leaves
8 - 10 cloves
30 - 50 grams of fresh ginger (or about 1.5 - 3 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
If desired, you can also add 5 - 7 sprigs of thyme, 1 teaspoon of coriander and anything else you prefer.
Method of preparation:
Cut the ginger into thin strips or grate it. Take a liter bottle with a wide bottom and pour all the spices into it. Drizzle them with vinegar. Leave to stand for 3 weeks in a cool place (you can leave on the refrigerator door in the lowest place). When the time is up, strain the vinegar, pour it into a glass bottle, close tightly and store in the refrigerator.
An aromatic spice is obtained for flavoring salads, mayonnaise, for canning.
