How To Cook Arranged Casserole With Potatoes, Leeks And Meat - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 potatoes, cut into slices
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk, as much olive oil
  • 2 stalks of leek (without leaves), cut into circles 1 cm thick
  • 150 grams of chicken (or turkey), cooked and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

Put the potatoes in a small saucepan, cover with water and salt with a pinch of salt. Boil them for 10 minutes until soft.

Beat eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the leeks until soft for 5 minutes. Add the meat and stir to heat. Reduce the temperature to a minimum, add the potatoes and season.

Put the egg mixture in the pan and leave on the stove for 10 minutes until the eggs begin to form a light board on the walls.

Transfer to the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese at the end and serve.
