Necessary products for two salads:

 

  • 4-5 fresh iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • 100 grams of kale
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes (yellow and red)
  • 2-3 boiled eggs
  • 100 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of boiled canned peas
  • 400 grams of high-fat yogurt
  • half a bunch of green onions, finely chopped
  • half a bunch of fresh dill
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Arrange the iceberg leaves in salad bowls first. After each new layer, season with salt and olive oil to taste. Add the spinach, kale and cherry tomatoes. Add finely chopped eggs.

 

Toast the bacon in a preheated dry pan. Crush it finely on salads and add peas.

 

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with finely chopped dill and green onions, salt and season with black pepper. Stir in the dressing and garnish the salads with it.

 

Serve and eat with pleasure.
