How To Cook Arugula Salad With Cherry Tomatoes, Goat Cheese And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

small bunch of arugula (about 30 grams)
12 cherry tomatoes
200 grams of goat cheese (you can use mozzarella)
20-25 pitted olives
1-2 stalks of basil

For the dressing:

3 tablespoons vegetable oil (sunflower, olive, sesame)
1 tablespoon apple or balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Chop the arugula and basil with your hands, put in the salad bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, cut into two or four pieces (depending on their size), olives, cut in halves and coarsely grated cheese.

Make a dressing by mixing salt, sugar and vinegar, pour in the oil and stir. Season the salad with this sauce and you can now serve it.
