How To Cook Arugula Salad With Dried Tomatoes, Olives And Parmesan - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Arugula salad with dried tomatoes, olives and parmesan". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of large olives
  • 30 grams of parmesan
  • 30 milliliters of cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 10 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
  • 50 grams of dried tomatoes
  • a little sugar and salt


Method of preparation :

Cut the olives and dried tomatoes in half (remove the pits of the olives). Cut the red onion into thin straws.

Make a dressing by mixing the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add a little sugar and salt, stir.

Put the arugula in a plate, add the olives, tomatoes and onions. Season with the dressing and sprinkle the salad with pre-grated Parmesan cheese.
