Cut the olives and dried tomatoes in half (remove the pits of the olives). Cut the red onion into thin straws.
Make a dressing by mixing the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add a little sugar and salt, stir.
Put the arugula in a plate, add the olives, tomatoes and onions. Season with the dressing and sprinkle the salad with pre-grated Parmesan cheese.
