How To Cook Arugula Salad With Red Fish, Tomatoes And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Arugula salad with red fish, tomatoes and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of arugula
  • 300 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 200-300 grams of salted red fish
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce and mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the arugula with cold water and remove the thick and rough parts, dry the leaves.

Clean the fish from the bones, cut the fillet into strips, cherry tomatoes - in halves, and walnuts - into small pieces.

Mix the soy sauce, mustard and oil - this is the salad dressing that just remains to "assemble".

Cover the bottom of a plate (or several) with arugula leaves, put pieces of fish on them, tomato slices on top and season with sauce.

 

Sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy!
