Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 60 grams of cold butter
  • 100 milliliters of ice water
  • 1 broken egg
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 5 grams of white sesame seeds
  • 5 grams of black sesame seeds
  • 3 grams of coarse salt
  • dry spices to your taste
  • 1 beaten egg yolk for spreading

 

for the sauce

 

  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • seeds of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl, add the leavening agent, yoghurt, egg and stir. Cut the butter into pieces, rub it into the mixture and pour the water. Prepare a hard dough and divide it into parts.

Roll out and cut equal-sized triangles. Arrange them in a parchment-lined tray. Spread the chips with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with coarse salt and seeds. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Cool and arrange on a plate. While you wait, prepare the sauce. Combine all products in a bowl, mix until smooth and cool. Serve pita chips garnished with mustard sauce and enjoy the taste.
