Melt half the butter, clean, rinse and fry the asparagus. Strain and place in a pan.
Add the remaining butter, fry the flour, add salt, add lemon juice and pepper to taste and dilute with milk. Stir the sauce until it thickens and spread it over the asparagus.
Sprinkle with yellow cheese and finely chopped basil. Add the garlic clove in several places. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Pour portions and serve the dish warm.
