Required products :

1 loaf of bread

About the filling :

200 grams of melted cheese

canned sardines in butter - 200 grams

4 boiled eggs

200 grams of tomatoes

50 grams of salmon caviar

70 grams of butter

1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)

1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon sugar

ground red pepper

left

Method of preparation :

Remove the crust from the bread, and cut the inside into 3 parts so as to obtain "cake trays". Fry each one.

Mash the melted cheese together with the sardines in a bowl, gradually adding the fat from the can. Add salt and pepper to taste and spread one piece of bread with the mixture, cover with the other. Then pass the boiled eggs through a sieve. Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes, pour them into a colander and leave for 20 minutes to drain the juice. Then mix with the eggs, add the mayonnaise, onion, parsley, sugar and salt to taste. Spread the resulting combination on the second "tray" and place the third on it. Mash the caviar with butter. Using a sharp knife, cut the "cake" into triangles. Fill the caviar and butter mixture into a pastry syringe and distribute the wavy stripes on one side of the pieces (where the incision is). Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Of course, you can experiment with the products.

Enjoy your meal!
