Method of preparation:
Divide the cauliflower into "bouquets", peel the carrots and cook the two vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Wash the remaining vegetables, peel the onion and garlic, put everything in a suitable container and pour boiling water.
Make the marinade by first estimating the amount of water you will need (for 1 three-liter jar you need 1 liter of water) and bring it to a boil. While this is happening, spread the spices on the bottom of the jars, then arrange the vegetables in layers and pour hot water. After 10 minutes, drain it in a saucepan and add salt and sugar. Usually the proportions for 1 liter of water are: 50 grams of salt and 25 grams of sugar - for cucumbers and 50 grams of salt + 50 grams of sugar - for tomatoes, but you can taste. Let the mixture boil vigorously. Put 1 tablespoon of vinegar essence in a three-liter jar. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and close.
