Learn how to cook "Autumn katmi cake with apples, bananas and cream". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
7 apples
250 milliliters of fresh milk
0.5 teaspoon salt
250 milliliters of water
50 grams of butter
4 eggs (the yolks are for the dough and the egg whites are for decoration)
12 tablespoons sugar (5 tablespoons in the dough, 7 - in the filling)
1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon flour
1 cup semolina
4 bananas
vanilla on the tip of a knife
cinnamon on the tip of a knife
Method of preparation:
Beat the yolks, add warm milk, semolina, sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Then add the melted butter and warm water. Mix well and leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours. During this time, deal with the filling. Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel a banana, grate it and slice it. Heat a pan and pour the apples in it, then put the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla. When they release the juice, add the bananas, stir everything for 2 minutes and remove the mixture from the heat.
Bake katmi from the finished dough. Then grease a fireproof dish with oil and arrange the katmas on its walls, overlapping them so that their ends fall off the outside of the dish.
Put 1 katma on the bottom, spread part of the filling evenly on it, again katma, stuffing and alternate until the products are exhausted.
"Close" the "pie" with the hanging ends. Beat the egg whites.
Spread the resulting cake on top with them. Cover with katma and put the remaining egg whites on it.
Place in a preheated 100 degree oven for 30 minutes.
