Necessary products for 12 pieces:

 

  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 190 milliliters of fresh milk

  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 tea cup melted butter
  • one broken egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

 

for cream and decoration

 

  • 200 grams of liquid chocolate
  • 50 ml of confectionery whipping cream
  • a few halo biscuits
  • 50 grams of colored chocolate dragees

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare muffin tins and place in each cupcake paper. In a bowl, sift the flour with the salt, baking powder and cocoa. In another bowl, combine the butter, milk, egg and sugar. Mix the two mixtures, mix and use a spoon to distribute the dough into the forms.
