Learn how to cook "Autumn salad with pumpkin, wild rice and grapes". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1/2 teaspoon wild rice
300 grams pumpkin
100 grams grapes
20 grams feta cheese
1 head red onion
pine nuts to decorate
parsley to taste
olive oil to fry the pumpkin
300 milliliters of wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the onion into slices and marinate it in the vinegar with the sugar while you prepare the other products.
Boil the rice until ready in a large amount of water and drain with a colander. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry in hot olive oil until soft, then cool. Wash the grapes, cut them in half, and cut the cheese.
Mix the prepared products in the salad bowl, add the pickled onions (maybe together with the vinegar) and mix everything.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and pine nuts.
