Required products :

  • 1 large avocado
  • 3/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice mix
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel and mash the avocado, season and mix with Parmesan cheese.

Make small piles of the resulting mixture (use 1 teaspoon of the mixture), which are then flattened to make thin loaves. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, until the edges of the chips become crispy and golden. Cool and serve at room temperature.
