Learn how to cook "Avocado guacamole with mango and pomegranate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped
- 1/4 tea cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- seeds of 1 pomegranate
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- sea salt
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Method of preparation :
- Halve the avocado and remove the nut.
- Peel the halves and mash them in a bowl.
- Add onion, hot peppers and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Stir and season with salt to taste.
- Add the pomegranate seeds, setting aside a small amount for garnish.
- Add the mango and parsley and stir briefly.
- Garnish with slices of lime and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve homemade guacamole with crackers, flatbread, chips or anything else of your choice.
