Required products :
1 avocado
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons grated yellow cheese
link lettuce
15 olives
10 cherry tomatoes a
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces, if you use ordinary ones - cut into small cubes.
Peel the olives and cut them into circles. Avocado - on tiles, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the oil and lemon juice, add salt.
Arrange lettuce leaves on the bottom of a suitable plate, and arrange avocado slices in a circle on them. Put the tomatoes on the inside of the circle and the olives in the middle.
Drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
The salad is ready.
