Required products :
- 500 grams of cottage cheese
- bacon strips
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- connection dill
- a few cloves of garlic (to taste)
- sugar and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and flour in a bowl. Add chopped dill, salt and sugar to taste, a few crushed garlic cloves.
Knead the dough and make small cakes out of it, flatten it slightly between your palms, then "dress" in strips of bacon.
Bake in a well-heated pan under a lid.
