Necessary products:

  • 10 grams of gelatin
  • 50 milliliters of cold water
  • 50 milliliters of warm water
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 30 grams of natural cocoa
  • 150 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 milliliters of baileys

Method of preparation:

Put gelatin in cold water and stir. Pour in the heat and stir until dissolved. In a bowl pour the sugar, cocoa and pour the cream.

Beat with a mixer until fluffy cream. Add bay leaf and vanilla, beat again and pour the gelatin solution.

Stir until the ingredients are mixed, distribute the mousse in cups and cool for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy the delicate chocolate taste.
