How To Cook Baked Apples With Cottage Cheese, Walnuts And Caramel Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of apples
  • 200 grams of walnuts
  • 10 grams of cinnamon
  • 300 grams of cottage cheese
  • 2 proteins
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of grapes for decoration


For the caramel sauce:

  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 50 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the apples and remove the core with a suitable knife, keeping the fruit whole. Cut part of the inside to make more room for the filling.

Distribute the crushed walnuts in the holes. Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Grind the curd with a blender to make it finer. Add cinnamon, egg white foam and stir.

Fill the apples with the mixture and place them in the oven on low heat. Once baked, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Make the caramel sauce by combining the water, liquid cream, milk powder and sugar in a suitable bowl. Place on a hot plate and cook over low heat, stirring.

Drizzle the finished apples with the liquid sweetness, garnish with grapes and enjoy the dessert.
