Wash the apples well, cut off the bottom and top, remove the core and a little of the flesh with a spoon. Work carefully so as not to damage the walls of the fruit cups that will form.
Mix three tablespoons of sugar with butter, lemon zest, crushed chocolate and hazelnuts. Stir and fill the apples with this delicious combination.
Grease a pan with oil and arrange the fruits in it and pour 175 milliliters of wine over them. Close them with the cut lids and add to the other half of the wine.
Sprinkle the apples with the remaining sugar and place them in an oven preheated to 190 degrees, periodically watering the wine in the pan.
In 45 minutes the dessert will be ready. Serve it warm with a decoration of mint leaves and powdered sugar. Drizzle with wine sauce.
