Required products :

4 hard large apples
4 tablespoons thick raspberry jam or other of your choice
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
50 grams of granulated sugar

Method of preparation :

Wash the apples and cut off the top. Using a knife or teaspoon, carve the inside with the seeds. Using a fork, pierce the fruit in several places.
Mix the selected jam with the walnuts and orange peel, distribute the combination in the apples, which you arrange in a suitable container. Pour 3 tablespoons of water on its bottom and close with a lid. Put on a low heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle the apples with the sugar and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.
