How To Cook Baked Brie Cheese With Blueberries, Wrapped In Puff Pastry - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 small round lump of brie (about 130 grams)
  • 1/4 tea cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 tea cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1 teaspoon water

Method of preparation :

Cut the pita brie in half lengthwise. Press the blueberries on one pie and sprinkle the walnuts on the other.

Put one part on top of the other and rub with your hands, if some blueberries and walnuts have fallen out of the pie, put them back inside again.

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and place the cheese in the center. Trim the edges to get the most round shape.

Spread the edges of the dough with beaten egg mixed with water. Cover the cheese with a sheet and tear off the excess dough so that a thick layer of bread does not form.

Turn with the fold down and spread well with the egg.

Make a decoration of your choice and spread again with egg.

Put in the freezer for 1 hour, then bake at 220 degrees (in a preheated oven) on baking paper.

After about 20-25 minutes, the dough should be baked and risen. Wait a few minutes to cool and cut.
