Learn how to cook "Baked Camembert cheese in yellow cheese dough". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

50 milliliters of oil
150 grams of yellow cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
about 200-220 grams of flour
salt and pepper to taste

2 pieces of Camembert, 125 grams each

1 egg and 1/2 tablespoon of spreading oil

sesame or other seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the oil with the grated yellow cheese, egg and sour cream. Add flour and spices to taste. Make dough, shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Then divide into two parts and roll one into a circle with a diameter of 18-20 centimeters. Put a piece of Camembert in the middle and wrap it in the dough. Do the same with the rest of the dough and cheese. Use a knife to remove excess parts to shape the portions beautifully.

Gather the clippings into a ball and roll out. Cover the bottom of the pan with the layer. Put the prepared "dressed" cheese in it, smear the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or other seeds of your choice.

Bake in the oven at 190-195 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
