How To Cook Baked Camembert With Caramel, Cashews And Almonds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked Camembert with caramel, cashews and almonds". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of Camembert cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetened cream
  • 50 grams of Indian cashews
  • 30 grams of roasted unsalted almonds

 

Method of preparation :

Prepare a pan and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Put the cheese and set aside. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar, stir and after it caramelizes, add the lemon juice and cream. Stir until a homogeneous mixture of amber color is obtained.

Using a spoon, spread it on the cheese, add the nuts and wrap in foil. Bake for 20 minutes, cool and serve. It goes well with light fruit wines, white and sparkling wines.
