How To Cook Baked Carp With Potatoes In Cream Sauce With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 carp about a kilogram
4-6 potatoes
100 grams of yellow cheese
200 grams of sour cream (you can use mayonnaise)
flour to roll the fish
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, wash them and put them in a saucepan. Fill with water, add salt and let it boil for 10-15 minutes, then remove and cut into pieces.

 

Season the sour cream with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

 

Grate the yellow cheese coarsely.

 

Peel a carp, cut into portions. The tail and head are not used.

 

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

 

After 5 minutes, roll each piece in flour.

 

And arrange in a greased pan (you can cover the bottom of the dish with aluminum foil). Arrange the potatoes around them.

 

Drizzle with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle with oil.

 

Bake the dish in the oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes. A yellow crust will form, which you will hardly be able to resist.
