Method of preparation:
Cut the cheese into cubes about 2 - 2.5 cm in size.
Steam the tomatoes and peel them, then cut into small thin pieces.
Bake the peppers in the oven, remove the stalks and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin strips. Take a casserole with a lid and grease it with oil. Put an even layer of cheese on the bottom, followed by a layer of tomatoes, salt, arrange the peppers (to completely cover the tomatoes), sprinkle with crushed savory and 1 teaspoon of pepper (sweet or hot you choose).
Grate the butter on top with a knife or melt it and pour the products with it. You may not add salt at all if the cheese is salty
Place the casserole in the oven at 220 degrees and let the dish cook for 20 minutes, as it will take some time for the oven to heat up and warm the dish.
Remove from the oven, beat two eggs in a separate bowl and pour them over the cheese and vegetables.
Return to the oven and bake until the egg whites turn white (the egg should remain slightly liquid).
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and serve.
