Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the chopped greens and, when melted, season with 1/2 teaspoon curry, salt and pepper. Pour 1 cup of water.
Arrange the cheese on top of the vegetables and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the remaining 4 tablespoons of fat, fry the garlic until it releases its aroma and begins to turn slightly brown. Add chickpeas, season with salt and pepper and fry until crispy - about 8-10 minutes. Season with the rest of the curry and stir.
Put the lemon juice in the yoghurt and stir. Season the lemon yogurt with salt.
Serve the dish - sprinkle chickpeas on the vegetables and make a few piles of lemon milk.
Serve with toast.
