Method of preparation:
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Add salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Cool and combine with grated mozzarella and parmesan.
Stir and add the cheese. Set aside. Stew peppers, tomatoes and season with vinegar. Stir and prepare fireproof baking bowls.
Distribute some of the vegetable mixture in each bowl and add the cheese and minced meat mixture. Garnish with some tomatoes and peppers on top.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with finely chopped basil and serve.
