How To Cook Baked Chicken With Cauliflower And Tahini Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into rosettes
  • 2 red onions, cut into quarters
  • 8 upper chicken legs
  • 330 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, coriander and smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • a pinch of cinnamon and allspice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams of baby spinach

for the sauce:

  • 25 grams of tahini
  • 125 grams of yogurt
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 30 grams of fresh coriander
  • a handful of parsley

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Put cauliflower, onions, meat and tomatoes in a pan. Sprinkle with all the spices and pour with olive oil (all you need is spinach).

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then bake another 25 without coating.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by grinding all the products for it in a food processor until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The puree should be very liquid and smooth.

When the meat is ready, add the spinach and stir, from the heat it will immediately melt.

Drizzle generously with tahini sauce and serve.
