How To Cook Baked Citrus Sea Bass With Beans And Fennel In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

for the garnish:

  • 3 chopped and cleaned fennel roots
  • 3 teaspoons boiled white beans
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry white wine
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • coarse sea salt and pepper to taste

for fish:

4 cleaned whole sea bass
chopped citrus fruits of your choice
olive oil and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped fennel, after it softens add the beans, white wine and lemon juice.
