4 cleaned whole sea bass
chopped citrus fruits of your choice
olive oil and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped fennel, after it softens add the beans, white wine and lemon juice.
Stir and pour the mixture into a pan. Wash, dry and rub the fish inside and out with salt and pepper. Put it on the stuffing, sprinkle with olive oil and arrange the citrus.
Bake the dish until the meat is ready, serve warm, garnished with extra sliced fruit.
