Necessary products:

  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil (or olive oil)
  • 400 grams of frozen corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion
  • 1 can of whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot red pepper
  • 1 large avocado 

Method of preparation:

Turn the stove to medium and put the pan to heat. Add the fat, corn and finely chopped onion. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the corn begins to brown and acquire a pleasant baked appearance.

Squeeze the canned tomatoes and cut them, then pour them over the other vegetables in the pan. Leave on the fire for another 3-4 minutes, wait for the mixture to heat up, stirring occasionally.

Remove from the heat and pour into a serving bowl. Cut the avocado into quarters and then into cubes. Add to the other products and mix gently.
