Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon green tea with jasmine
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 250 grams of white sugar
  • 1 liter of high-fat milk (6%)
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3 proteins

 

Method of preparation :

Pour tea with a cup of boiling water, brew for 3 minutes and strain.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add the sugar, stir, remove from the heat and pour in the tea. Close with a lid and allow the liquid to cool.

Beat the yolks, add them to the cooled milk, beat with a wire and strain through a fine sieve.

Beat the egg whites and combine them carefully with the milk-egg combination.

Divide the cream into small suitable forms (to be deep), sprinkle with brown sugar and arrange the dishes in a pan in which you pour hot water.

Place in the oven preheated to 110 degrees. After about 20 minutes (or when it thickens) serve the dessert with strawberries, for example.
