How To Cook Baked Croquettes With Mushrooms And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked croquettes with mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon grated yellow cheese
80 grams butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons sour cream
2/3 teaspoon breadcrumbs
7-9 mushrooms
1 small onion
2 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms, clean if necessary, and also cut.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the onion in it over medium heat until soft.
Then add the mushrooms and fry until done. Allow the mixture to cool.

In a large bowl sift the flour, add the grated yellow cheese, egg yolk, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Then add the cream, butter (if frozen, you can grate it) and finally pour the mushrooms with onions.

Knead the dough. If necessary, use more flour. The dough should be thick enough.

Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment, turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Beat the egg whites, pour the breadcrumbs into a wide plate.

From the dough form croquettes the size of a walnut (in the middle you can put a piece of mozzarella, it turns out very tasty), dip in egg whites, roll in breadcrumbs and arrange in the pan, leaving some distance between them, because they will spread a little.

Bake the croquettes in the oven for about 18-20 minutes (until a crispy golden crust forms).

Serve with a suitable favorite sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
