Required products :

2 eggs
100 grams sour cream
100 grams butter
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1.5 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar a
handful of walnuts or to taste
1.5 teaspoon leavening agent
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
walnuts for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter at room temperature and the granulated sugar in a blender. Then add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly.


In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and pour half into the blender with the other products, beat. Add the cream, beat again and combine the mixture with the remaining flour.


Grease donut tins with butter and distribute the finished dough in them so that it occupies 3/4 of their volume.
Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, make the glaze.
Mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon, pour in the milk and stir.
When the donuts have cooled, pour the sweet milk combination over them and sprinkle with ground walnuts.


You can also prepare a chocolate coating by simply melting a piece of chocolate.
