Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 thin slices of unleavened bread
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 teaspoons high-fat cream
  • a little olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Take 4 pots (or small ceramic bowls), pour 1 teaspoon of cream on the bottom of each of them, beat 1 egg on top, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pots in a high pan with hot water. The water level should be as high as the contents of the pots. Put the eggs in the oven for 6-7 minutes (if you prefer them toasted, leave more time).

Cut the bread into long pieces and fry the bread sticks in olive oil on all sides until golden brown. Then place on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. While the crispy additions to the eggs are still hot, rub them with garlic.

Remove the pan with the pots from the oven, and put a "stick" in each pot.
